The Journey

We have been working with Clarity Environmental to digitally support their environmental and waste compliance services for the past 3 years. Our work on their CELNet system and data processes has been successful – so successful, that Clarity entrusted us to rebrand and create a new corporate website to help elevate their online brand and web presence while effectively highlighting their extensive expertise in the environmental regulations industry.

Clarity Environmental’s website was outdated and difficult for the in-house marketing team to work with. The client was also looking to shift their visual identity and messaging, and wanted to update their branding to reflect the modern vision of the business, as well as overhaul their digital domain.

Clarity Environmental’s existing website had over 1000 pages, containing vital SEO value which needed to be preserved. The vast majority of the content comprised of news posts, and migrating this content to the new website presented a challenge for our team, partly due to multiple inconsistencies in the original code. Because it needed to be right first time, our team of developers successfully implemented an innovative migration process.

Our AWS Certified developers were keen to have the new site hosted on Clarity’s existing Amazon Web Services infrastructure, to be consolidated with all their other digital assets and thereby benefit from the speed and reliability cloud-based servers bring. Using over 10+ AWS services to bring the product together, we were able to create a fast, secure, scalable and highly available (multi-region) website.

In addition, our team built a custom paginated form and implemented SES email delivery as well as replicating their GA4/Google Tag Manager tracking and reporting to ensure continuity of data.

Meanwhile, our Creative team worked closely with Clarity Environmental to revamp their logo and create a new colour palette, taking inspiration from recent architect’s mood boards for the office interior. Following the digitisation of their new brand colours, our team designed a new website that would be more modern, engaging and visually appealing.

Digit's work on the new Clarity Environmental website has been a success. The new website has maintained its predecessor’s SEO integrity, and effectively integrated crucial legacy content such as their blog and news posts. It is slick, visually appealing, intuitive to navigate and offers exceptional reliable performance delivering informative content quickly and directly.
